New Azurite-Malachite Rosary

My newest rosary is made of azurite-malachite.  It is a blend of two stones:  the blue is azurite, and the green is malachite.  This blend is found in nature; it is not a man-made combination.

The Pater and Ave beads are 10 mm in size.  The spacer beads are 4 mm pewter rounds.  The accent beads on either side of the Paters (the space on each side of the Pater beads) are composed of clear, sapphire blue, and silver glass seed beads surrounding 4 mm palace green Swarovski crystal bicone beads.  The Paters have leaf bead caps.

The center depicts the Immaculate Heart of Mary on the front and the Jerusalem cross on the back.  The large Trinity crucifix has Jesus on the cross with the Father behind the cross with outstretched arms, and the Holy Spirit–in the form of a dove–is at the foot of the cross.

It’s advent.  We are anticipating the celebration of the birth of Christ.  If you don’t already, consider praying the rosary daily.  Consider also a devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
