Makin’ New Stuff

Two days ago I made a freshwater pearl rosary bracelet.  Today I finished an amazonite car rosary.  I have a howlite rosary mostly assembled.  I have to buy a couple more spacer beads to finish it off.  I’m planning on doing that next week.

I inventoried some new supplies tonight.  I have some nice bronze parts that will make lovely rosaries as long as I can pick some good beads to go with them.  I have a new gold tone crucifix that looks really nice.  I don’t buy gold parts very often because what I find usually looks cheap.  If I see some that look like good, quality parts, I’ll buy them.  But it really doesn’t happen very often.

I’m planning on making some less expensive rosaries soon.  I’ve been making some rosaries lately that are over $40.  Although, that’s not a lot of money for a good, heirloom quality rosary, it does turn some people off.  I understand completely.  I’m frugal myself.  So I want to have a supply of rosaries that are in the $20 or low $30 range.  Any comments about low-cost rosaries?
